1. What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of products including Jewelry, clothing, accessories, home goods, electronics, toys, and more. You can browse our categories to find what you're looking for.
2. How do I create an account?
To create an account, click person on the top right of our homepage, fill in the required information, and submit. Once registered, you can sign in anytime to create a new order, or view previous orders.
3. Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your information for future purchases.

4. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping address and payment information.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit and debit cards (Shop Pay,Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment processors. We endeavour to make Afterpay available in time.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
In most cases, you may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. After this period, orders may be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to honor that request.

We offer standard shipping in Australia and the United states. Most items are Free shipping, some items in the future may incur a shipping charge, which can be seen at check out. If the shipping cost does not suit, you may abandon your cart.
